We have 13 cottages that range in size 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom cottages.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
General Policies:

AGE RESTRICTION :
Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
*Your personal information GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID is required upon check-in.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY : For insurance and safety purposes occupancy is not to exceed the maximum capacity of the property. If the total number of guests exceeds the cottage’s maximum allowable occupancy, this Agreement can be immediately terminated without a refund and the occupants will be evicted immediately and security deposits will not be returned.

DAMAGE POLICY the Renter accepts to pay in total to Sandpiper Beach Resort any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any Damages have to immediately be reported to Sandpiper Beach Resort. Sandpiper Beach Resort reserves the right to determine inappropriate behaviors and any amount that would be charged. Any noise and disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the property may result in a fine.
As these cottages are located in the residential areas of the resort, please note that noise disturbance ordinances are strictly enforced. We regret that we cannot accept any reservations whose primary purpose is to party.

Sandpiper Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to our requirements.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a security deposit will be requested at check in for each property rental and is held as a guarantee against possible damage during a stay.

RESPECT NEIGHBOURHOOD: There will be no loud or large parties in the cottage or on the grounds—quiet time is from 12 am to 8 am. All guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and inoffensive to the neighbours.

In the case of unforeseen events out of our control including but not limited to internet or telephone service interruption, water shortage or sewer failure, any "act of nature" including power failure, Sandpiper Beach Resort will not be held liable for monetary compensation including refund of rental fees paid, or responsible for any obligations arising from the event.

The decision to rent this property and use the cottage facilities (including but not limited to the BBQ) and electrical appliances (including but not limited to all kitchen appliances, internet) is entirely at the Tenant’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted by Sandpiper Beach Resort or the owner of the rental property for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage to the Tenant or his/her guests' personal property.

To accommodate guests' travel plans late departures may be arranged for a nominal fee.

Prior to vacating the property, the Tenant is responsible for the removal of all garbage and recyclables, ensuring that all dishes and cook ware are clean, and returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. Failure to comply may lead to penalty charges.

Pets Policy: No pets allowed. If proof of the presence of a pet is found in the property — penalty $500.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all Sandpiper Beach Resort Cottages rental properties. If evidence of smoking in the home is found, $500 will be charged to deep clean the property.

HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping will be charged and if over and above cleaning is needed a charge will be further charged to the Renter according to how much is needed to bring the place back to its original condition upon check-in.

FIRE-PIT: Fire-pit may be used weather permitting.

PARKING: A valid parking pass must be visible on the dash of the car at all times. Sandpiper Beach Resort is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed.
