Find ultimate peace and relaxation at this waterfront cottage on Serran Lake. Very tranquil and private setting with majestic views of the lake and beautiful shoreline. NOTE: During the off-season months (approx Dec - May) the amenities are limited. There's limited running water available for washing and toilet use, but there's no shower or hot water. For a full description of winter usage, please contact host prior to placing a reservation. Min 7 days notice is required for all off-season bookings. Enjoy many activities for everyone including fishing, boating, hiking, biking, sightseeing, ATVs, cultural events, festivals, museums, and more. In the winter season, ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are popular with plentiful trails found in the area. Cottage amenities: 3 Bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with bunk bed (double+twin). Linens and pillows provided. Kitchen: Full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots & pans Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink Living/dining room: Convertible sofa bed, dining table, TV/DVD/Android Box Property amenities: Dock, 12ft aluminum boat with paddles and lifejackets, propane BBQ, fire pit and more. Limited firewood included. Rental conditions: Smoking: Not allowed inside the cottage, outside ok, must not litter. Pets: Allowed with the following restrictions: Must clean up after pets, max. 2 pets per stay allowed. Guests: Standard capacity is 5. Max capacity is 7 for overnight guests (additional charge applies). Max 10 people allowed on property at any given time. Parties and large group gatherings are not allowed. Tap water may not be potable as it is sourced from the lake. It is filtered but not treated.
