The neighborhood and this property have very nice outdoor lighting so you can safely get around at night time as well. Sailboat Bend Eastern section, a couple blocks to Las Olas near the Center for Performing Arts, Nu River Waterway, Esplanade Park on the water, Clubs/Bars. Absolutely epic location! When we say walking distance, we mean it, within a couple blocks you are in the core of downtown.
