Freshly built, Outlot 201 Guest Houses offer relaxing hill country views less than five minutes from Fredericksburg's historic Main Street. Nestled in a grove of trees, the guest houses are the perfect place to retreat in a refined, yet relaxed, setting.

Smith House at Outlot 201 features two bedrooms, each with a comfy, king size pencil post bed with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. The bedrooms are also equipped with DOHM White Noise Machines, for those who are serious about their sleep! The bathroom is spacious and brightly lit, with a double vanity and large walk-in shower which includes a relaxing rain shower overhead. The bath includes a toilet closet for additional privacy.

You’ll find the separate living area a comfortable place to relax, with a flat screen television and free flowing Wi-Fi. The area also includes a small dining table and well-equipped (armoire) butler's pantry, with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and electric tea kettle, as well as a coffee maker to brew locally roasted coffees from our friends at Ranch Road Roasters.

Upon arrival, you're pantry will be stocked with homemade banana nut breads as well as yummy granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice and bottled water. You'll also find plenty of coffee and tea on hand.

Out the back door, you'll find a spacious outdoor living space overlooking the pasture, with our horse and sheep grazing in the distance. French doors lead to a charming alcove with a table perfect for dining or late night card games. Just down the steps, you'll find a clean-burning fire pit surrounded by cozy chairs on the patio -- the perfect spot after a long day of shopping or wine tasting!

Smith House has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including Paya toiletries, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Beginning February 2020, we no longer allow children under age 15. We are not able to allow pets due to the livestock and other animals on the property. And lastly, Outlot 201 is a NON-SMOKING property and we very much appreciate your support of our commitment to a smoke-free environment for our guests.
