Events, parties, civil unions and weddings are not allowed at the property. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
4 vehicles maximum at the property, ag least one must be parked in garage.
RV's and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Street parking is not permitted at NorthStar.
Pet fee is $150 for first dog and $50 for each additional dog.
