This beautiful, brand new home is a private cottage, located in the Poipu's newest high end neighborhood "Poipu Beach Estates". It is fully stocked and will offer you a cozy home just a few minutes foot walk away from world famous Poipu beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants.

Hale Minoaka is a gem! Enjoy your private outdoor shower to wash Poipu's sand off your feet. Park your car in your own attached garage. Explore the surrounding areas by bike (the unit comes with 2 beach cruisers) or golf in one of the three beautiful golf courses nearby.

This is a strictly "no smoking" rental and property. The accommodation is designed for adult comfort and is not child-proofed.

You will clearly experience how much thought and love went into the design of this cottage. From the spacious kitchen area with granite counter tops to the island style living room you will see that this cottage has everything you need to make this stay a memorable one.

We recommend soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.

For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).

With our extensive cleaning protocols we are committed to clean. This unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every guest arrival.
If you have an early arrival or later departure, please plan accordingly. We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guaranty additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this.
Additional guests and large gatherings are not allowed.
