The villa is located in the village of Maubec between Cavaillon and Coustellet in the Luberon valley. Maubec offers walks, hiking, mountain biking and fishing in the tranquil countryside. Here you’ll find several small shops including a grocery, baker and restaurant. In the streets of the old village, discover the "Tour de l'Horloge du Beffroi", beautiful old houses and doorways faded over time.
This charming villa with a lovely garden and a pool is located in the heart of a Provencal village. The property includes a main house and guest house which makes it just right for a group of friends. Just minutes from your front door you’ll find a bakery for your daily baguettes. The Sunday morning market is well worth visiting to stock up on local delicacies and fresh produce.

Pass through the gates of this villa to enjoy the lovely gardens boasting roses, a grape arbor and bamboo. The court yard has a covered summer kitchen space with plenty of seating for outdoor dining, a BBQ, and fridge. There is also shower and WC. The swimming pool (5x9m with depth of 1.55m - heated from mid-April to mid-October), has an electric safety cover. Loungers and sun chairs with umbrellas surround the pool. It has soft filtration system using no chlorine or salt. A large electric gate gives access to three parking spaces.

Main House
Ground Floor: A large open floor plan offers a stylish and comfortable living room with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, two armchairs and a large sofa. The dining area has seating for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
First Floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first has a queen-size bed, (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) that can be connected to make a king size bed, and an en suite bath with shower and WC. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Guest House (across the courtyard)
Ground Floor: The entry leads to a sitting area with a TV, table, bar and fridge. The bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) is accessible through the bathroom with shower, sink and WC. French windows open to the courtyard. This bedroom has air conditioning.
First Floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has two singles beds (90 cm) that can be connected to make a king size bed. Separated by a curtain is a bathroom with sink with shower. There is a separate WC. The second bedroom also has two single beds (90 cm) that can be connected to make a king-size bed. This bedroom is accessible through a large bathroom with shower and sink. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The village of Maubec has many small shops (grocery, baker, restaurant) and just up the road there are supermarkets in Coustellet (4km) and Cavaillon (10 km). Les 2 Maisons makes the perfect base for a truly memorable luxury holiday in France.

Combining the main house & guesthouse there are 250 square meters of living area. On the ground floor is the large living room with stone floor, comfy seating, two armchairs and large sofa, large screen satellite TV, and DVD and CD players.
