Laughing Dolphin Villa 1

Description

The Laughing Dolphin Villas are impeccably decorated and a block to the pristine beach. Villa 1 is a Gorgeous Beach House with a front entrance. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms which consist of a queen size bed in bedroom 1, a queen murphy's bed in bedroom 2 , twin singles in bedroom 3 and the living room also includes a fold down futon and a couch. The villa also includes a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, sun room, patio access, complimentary laundry room access and 1 parking space.

We have a lot of fun common areas such as picnic tables, gas and Weber grill. The Villa is super close to the Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals and is a 2 mile beach walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. There are many fun things to do in the area including Kennedy Space Center , Disney World and many Orlando attractions. We are only 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, The Villa is part of a 4 Villa Complex. Stay in 1,2,3, or all 4 units. Great for family gatherings. Private entrance to this villa is the front porch with a self entry key pad. It also has an incredible multi-color flame remote control fireplace! We don't have gas so it's not necessary to have a carbon monoxide detector and we have a pack n play and a highchair if requested ahead of time.

Here are a few highlights:

we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines

***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.
