Inside: The size of the house is 145m2 divided into two levels. The first floor contains a modern and well-equipped kitchen, with an old dining table and a sofa bed. Here you will also find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom and an additional separate toilet. On the second floor there are another 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. In addition, all bedrooms have air conditioning and WiFi.

Outside area: The entire plot of 3 targets is fenced and one is sheltered from view. The pool area is at the rear and turns south-west where the sun can be enjoyed all day long. The pool is 36m2 and on the square around the pool there is a covered terrace with dining table, barbecue (gas BBQ Weber) sun loungers and a large seating area under the roof. In the garden you will find a large boule track of the best cavity.

Location: The house is in a quiet residential area in a small side road, with approx. 500 m to the nearest shopping center and 700 m from the center of Lorgues. Here you will find a bank, dry cleaning, pharmacy, hairdresser and of course a variety of cafes and restaurants. The city is famous for its big weekly Tuesday market, offering the region's best food and various specialties. During the summer, a number of concerts and festivals are held in the center. In Lorgues there are two famous Michelin starred restaurants and several magnificent vineyards.

The area around Lorgues is suitable for long idyllic cycling trips in beautiful surroundings. Here you can experience the French life without much hustle and bustle. The big cities like St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice are still only an hour's drive away, so here you can bring both. A small trip on the highway to the west also leads you to major cities like Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Marseille. To the north lies northern Europe's largest valley, Gorge de Verdon, which offers spectacular views. Here you can visit the town of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie or experience the valley with the green water by canoe or paddle boat. There is also the possibility of more extreme sports like rafting.
