Description

This year if you do not want to meet the manager she will leave the key in a designated place. The villa will be deep cleaned with disinfectant and there will be at least one day between bookings.

A spacious four bedroomed villa on three floors set in a tranquil location within easy access of the beach and Theoule. The house is built into the rocks, full of character. The master bedroom with ensuite and a private balcony is on the first floor. The ground floor has a separate dining and lounge area with wifi. A balcony where you can enjoy stupendous views from comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an eating area outside with a BBQ. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and maintained weekly. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite and two twin bedrooms on the lower level with ensuite shower rooms which also have their own patio.

The villa is situated 4.4 kilometres from Theoule where there are shops, restaurants and a beach with water sports. Miramar beach is even nearer, two kilometres away with sun beds, water sports and restaurants, accessible on foot. Cannes is only twenty minutes drive along the coast. The nearest airport is Nice which is forty minutes by car.

There are numerous medieval, mountain top villages to visit , e.g. Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Eze. For more active holiday makers there is a choice of golf, tennis, water sports and a little further afield rafting and canoeing on the Gorges du Verdun. St Tropez can be easily reached by ferry.
