Description
Parker Lakeside Cottage is a unique stand alone cottage tucked away in the channel on Paugus Bay. The cottage is the largest unit you can rent in the association and is the end unit! Parker Cottage has been beautifully updated with knotted pine in the completely remodeled bathroom, brand new environmentally friendly floors, fresh interior paint, ship lap back splash in the kitchen and completely redecorated! The master bedroom and living room overlook the lake which is just steps from the cottage. Enjoy your own private section of beach with picnic table, and barbecue. Two assigned parking spaces just steps in front of the cottage.
At this time there are no boat docks available for renting and unfortunately guests are not allowed to beach jet sea doos, however, guests can bring kayaks and paddleboards and launch those off to the left of the dock in back of the cottage! Many guests have been enjoying daily rental of pontoon boats from local marinas.
Guests will need to bring their sheets, blankets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels. We no longer provide bedspreads or pillow shams. We provide dish towels and pillows.
