Or guests can enjoy their morning coffee at the side table with two chairs. Outdoor grill (electric) for BBQ-ing your favorites, along with a console table to set out snacks and drinks.

Well-behaved children and furry pets are welcome. A Graco travel crib, and child-safety gates are available for guest use. Doggie ramp stairs are available for smaller or older dogs so they can safely climb up onto the big bed in the master bedroom.

Les Beaux-Arts is also just a few steps away from "The Quiet Pool", a lap pool more suited for adults, ideal for those who like to read and relax by the pool without distractions.

The "Gold Suite" features a pillow-top King Bed with crisp sheets, with a Shaded Patio that fills with the early morning sun, and faces a bubbling Fountain Courtyard. Two Chaise Loungers with side-tables provide a relaxing space for book reading, or to escape into your favorite podcast/audiobook. Keep cool drinks close by in the mini-fridge. The "Flower Suite" also features a pillow-top King Bed with crisp sheets, but with a fully-enclosed walled patio. Woof! This unit welcomes one dog per booking. In addition to the indoor alcove area, which can be repurposed as a cool "kennel room" for your furry best friend, the Flower Suite also has an outdoor enclosed patio with 5 ft walls with a solid-steel gate. There is an easy walking trail next to the Santa Rosa foothills, which goes around the perimeter of the community (but keep an eye out for rattlesnakes). Downtown La Quinta boasts pet-friendly coffee shops and cafes, as well as doggie daycare and doggie wash services. Please note, however, that the HOA does not allow pets inside the gates of the pool areas.

SUNDRIES: We provide a courtesy starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher packs, and laundry detergent for the beginning of your stay, enough to last 3-5 days. Any further needs are supplied by the guest. Due to Covid-19 precautions, we no longer leave Kleenex boxes in our home. We recommend guests bring their own tissue box if they feel they may need one during their stay.
