Step back to a simpler time in this Retro English Mansion only 3 miles from Pismo Beach with 6,000 square feet. The Villa boasts 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms with a total of 17 beds that accommodate up to 30 people in 8 suites all with their own private bathroom!

The 8 garden-theme suites feature Laura Ashley wallpapers and touches of antiques. Skylights, fireplaces, and window seats will take you back to a simpler and carefree lifestyle of a bygone era.

The dining room sits 30, families may gather for meals and family games. The living room has a fireplace, flat-screen Smart TV, foosball table and a smaller table for family games or reminiscing over a cup of afternoon tea. French doors open to the intimate patio with umbrella table and 8 chairs ideal for outdoor dining or games. The well-stocked kitchen has three refrigerators, a double oven, dishwasher, deep stainless-steel sinks, and nice work island.

The Villa is one of a small handful of properties that has enough on suite bedrooms and beds (no more than 2 beds per bedroom) to comfortably accommodate up to 30 family members in one home--the only way to experience a “true" family reunion.

Conveniently located approximately half-way between Los Angeles and San Francisco it is seconds off U.S. Highway 101 for easy access and minutes from The Village of Arroyo Grande, grocery, and other stores, only 15 minutes from San Luis Obispo, Lopez Lake and Avila Beach.
