The Villa & What’s Included
Pura Vida House is completely custom-built with high-end finishes and furnishings for your enjoyment and comfort. Pura Vida House includes 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bath, and the 2 masters with a tropical outdoor shower; 2 kitchen, living room, outdoor dining terrace w/ rancho, and private pool with deck. Both our King beds can convert to 2 Twins depending on guest preference. All Bedrooms have A/C, and black-out curtains to ensure you the amount of sleep and relaxation you need during your stay. A beautifully designed private pool w/ waterfall feature surrounded by lush green gardens will make you feel relaxed and happy!

Included in your rate: 24/7 security and concierge services, housekeeping and laundry service once per week, high speed Wi-Fi, daily Costa Rican coffee, gas grill, use of 2 mountain bikes, towels, beach towels, cooking/dining essentials, linens, hair dryers, security safe, and organic toiletries. Additionally, access to local knowledge and tips are provided by your hosts. Vehicle rentals, tours, private transfers, and additional treats like in-home massages or chef services are just the beginning of what our 5-star concierge team can arrange for you.

The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as: espresso/cappuccino machine, beach chairs/umbrellas, extra towels, cooler and more!!!

Early mornings and late afternoons are excellent times to spot colorful tropical birds and wildlife at Pura Vida House, and you never know when a howler monkey may decide to come pay a visit. A gas grill and an outdoor dining table in patio area by the private pool provide a place where you can prepare and enjoy outdoor meals, or let us bring in a private chef to do the work for you.

Cook for yourself, or let us arrange typical Costa Rican or high-end meals to be prepared for you on site. No request is beyond reason. We can help arrange everything from transportation (including LIR and SJO airport transfers), guides and excursions, babysitting/childcare, massages at the villa, special dinner reservations, tennis/pickleball lessons, golf lessons, rental golf carts and more. We are here to ensure this is the most memorable vacation of your life.

Tours/Activities
We can help arrange tours for you to nearby activities and adventures, with door-to-door service. We have used the same bilingual drivers, guides and naturalists for the past 7 years. We trust them and they will treat you like family and make sure you have a great time!

GETTING AROUND (Transportation)
You can also rent golf carts to get around within Hacienda Pinilla. We have three 4-person golf carts available for use within the resort (recommended as a fun way to get around the resort and see more wildlife).
