The property features 2 houses, and the views are unparalleled. Located just a short walk from famous Polly's Pancake Parlor, you will have access to a myriad of activities, from skiing, to hiking, to sightseeing (Sugar Hill is one of New England's most photographed towns, home of the famous Lupine Festival!). The cabin is basic and in need of renovations, but it has everything you need for a perfect vacation - from a fully stocked kitchen to a living room with cable TV and wi-fi, and 2 bedrooms! Bring your camera and capture some amazing memories in beautiful northern New Hampshire!

Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a coffee maker and cozy dining table that seats 3.
Living Area: A sunny open concept space with comfortable furniture surrounded by windows and amazing mountain views! Access to the back deck.
Outdoor Area: Large lawns, a pond and a deck with stunning Cannon Mountain views!
Extra Features: Free wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer and linens/towels provided!
Please note: THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. Fans are provided.

House Rules:

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $150 fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed.
