Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee.

This adorable one-story waterfront gem is nestled among other waterfront homes on Moultonborough Neck. A sweeping lawn delivers you to a beautiful, shared sandy beach. This two bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably with use of sleeper sofa and up to 8 if you bring your air mattress (with permission from the owner!) for the screened porch! This immaculate home offers an air conditioned living room complete with a 42" flat-screen TV and recently remodeled bathrooms. The two bedrooms have one queen bed in one and two twins in the other. The screened porch sets you up for fun times for eating without pesky bugs and enjoying that "out-of-doors" feel during those warm summer nights. Are you riding in on your motorcycle? There is secured and enclosed parking for up to 4 bikes! Owner will consider pets on a case by case basis, and a $250/pet fee will be applied to your reservation, please inquire when making a booking. SLEEPS 6-8. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served. Vacation stays of less than 7 nights will require a Security Deposit. We will take payment of the Refundable Security Deposit no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Payments can be made by credit card, or ACH transaction for your convenience. Security deposit will be refunded by credit card or company check and within three weeks of your departure.
