The cottage is situated in the West Asheville area, tucked into a private neighborhood, affording safe socially distanced space for everyone to relax & enjoy the world class attractions of the Asheville area.

This private cottage is VERY easy to access via only paved roads. The home affords year-round access and does NOT require 4-wheel drive.

You'll feel relaxed and right at home in this cozy, mountain style retreat home. With forest views, wood and tile floors, comfort will surround you at The Bent Creek. The great room, with stone fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen, is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together inside the house. There are outside porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

Kids & adults love getting out in and around the nearby outdoor recreation areas like Bent Creek, the French Broad River, and more. While everyone enjoys the cabin & amenities, you can pull up a chair and take in the relaxing privacy afforded by the forest view, observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play.

Take a seat in the hot tub and enjoy the sound of nature and the serenity in your own private paradise in the Asheville mountains. A number of nearby parks and recreation areas afford lots of acreage for nature walks and exploring, and other exercise in the mountains.

You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a quick ride to downtown Hendersonville, or to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.

The Asheville Luxury Cottages include The Bent Creek, The Rosewood, The Blue Ridge and The Laurel. Reserving a combination of these cabins or all of them is an ideal option for larger groups who would like to make worry-free memories with both privacy and the opportunity to gather in a socially distanced way. $145 Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee reflects the highest level of standards (CDC standards), pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes.
Current local tax rate is 13%
$300 refundable security deposit (Held with credit card; NOT charged up front)

The nightly rate is for 4 people, cottage sleeps 6. An Additional guest fee of $30 is charged for each guest over 4.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. Please contact us.

Dogs are welcome with a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 pet fee per stay. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friends. There is a limit of 2 dogs.

PLEASE NOTE: Entrance doors are monitored by camera for safety and security. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and may subject guest to removal for breaking the rules.

Worry-Free Cancellation Policy: Changing a reservation

You may reschedule your visit with us up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date with no change fee. If your new dates result in a higher reservation cost, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Cancel any time up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival, and you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $65 cancellation fee.

​Cancel 7-14 days prior to arrival, receive 50% refund minus $65 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 7 days, we will refund your money if we can re-book the dates you cancelled. We strongly encourage you to consider trip insurance to eliminate any concerns. PLEASE NOTE: There is an option for CFAR Insurance (Cancelling for Any Reason). We remind you to read the small print carefully so that you know if it covers what you think you'll need.

Our cottages are privately owned and managed, you will not be dealing with a management company, but real people. Our goal is to give you great customer service and make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key less secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
