The Space:
Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Only the small shed on the corner of back yard is reserved for the host as he might pay occasional visits through the side yard door to access the shed. The huge 6BR/6BA house along with the back yard, BBQ and sitting area, basketball court, swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub is reserved primarily for guests' use.

Coming from Freeway 101, take the White Oak Ave. (South) exit. Once passed Ventura Blvd. keep an eye out for the Valley Vista Blvd. on your right. 3rd street on your left will be Zelzah Ave. which will then merge onto Karen Dr. Making 2 more left turns on Boris Dr. and then on Grimes Pl. continue all the way up the hill till you get to Lake Encino Dr. Turn right and our place is the 8th house on your right hand side.
Once at the property, locate the main entry door facing the street, use your unique 4-digit passcode on the Nest smart lock and gain access inside the house. Welcome!

As we thrive to contribute to the peace and tranquility of this unique neighborhood, we ask all guests to be considerate of well-being of the neighbors. As mentioned in the listing description, this listing is NOT suitable for ANY type of gatherings or events. We enforce strict rules on quiet ours and max. occupancy so that the peace and quiet is respected.
