The villa is FULLY PRIVATE AND WALLED, just 3 minutes from the quite beach of Ban Khet and 8 minutes from Cha-am busy beach and night life, we have a large well kept garden with mature fruit trees and flowering shrubs bordering a well kept lawn, the swimming pool IS IS FULLY PRIVATE 8 meter X 4 meter with sun loungers, chairs etc, Why not come and have your birthday or any other party with us, we can provide home food and drinks to your requirement at reasonable prices, we can arrange your karaoke and music for your party come and enjoy

Larger than average pool villa, very spacious fully private pool villa with full amenities, the pool patio area is the largest in the area, with large lawn garden, large fully shaded patio area to the front of the villa, we have large living area which includes kitchen, 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for stays 3 days and over customer pays electric usage on meter

***A surcharge will be included for Saturday night bookings, and holidays, the nightly price for Saturday is set at 5,500 baht, the holiday is the Individual holiday price, the surcharge is payable on arrival***

Cleaning and bed sheets 2 times per week, free, extra cleaning 200 baht per day.
Pool cleaning 2 times per week, extra 500 baht per clean.
Full taxi service provided at 50% discount for our guests.
Free water bottles on arrival.
Free advice on all local attractions.

For stays 3 days and over guests pay for electricity, meter read on arrival and departure cost calculated at local PEA rates around 4.5 baht per unit
