Description
You will have the ultimate UP NORTH experience by making unforgettable memories! Sunday Lake is 10 minutes from downtown Minocqua. This pine log chalet sits on a point with Western exposure. Watch the breathtaking sunsets from the large upper deck or lower patio. Take the rowboat for a ride to watch the beautiful wildlife, Loons, Otters, Bald Eagles and maybe if you are so lucky a Bald Eagle will swoop down and catch a fish right in front of your boat. Maybe you would rather fish all day. There are plenty of fishing poles, enough for everyone.
The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths, and a great room that brings together a fireplace, kitchen, dining room, living room (with a Smart TV) and lots of windows facing the lake and surrounding woods. You can actually see the lake from every bedroom window. The large deck faces the lake and includes wicker patio furniture and a natural gas grill. The lower level includes a bedroom, full bath, family room that includes a 2nd smart TV, movies and plenty of board games . The laundry room with an attached utility/storage room are also located in the lower level. The interior is decorated with up-north rustic décor and furniture found throughout.
The walkout patio offers a built in fire pit with patio furniture. Have a romantic bonfire or roast marshmallows with the kids. This beautiful retreat on Sunday Lake offers plenty of room for family and friends to explore. Lots of fun in the sun during the warm summer months. Do not forget the cozy winter months in front of the fireplace, ice fishing or bring your cross country skies to use at the Minocqua Winter Park which is 10 minutes from Sunday Lake.
