Once you walk out onto the expansive deck, the view will take your breath away. Perched high above Coral Bay on Ajax Peak, you can drive to the closest North Shore beaches in about five minutes. Pressure Drop Villa is a traditional West Indies style villa, with two pods on the main level with a beautiful pool and deck connecting the two. Enjoy outdoor living with spacious new deck club chairs and outdoor dinning, The main living pod includes a kitchen, living and dining area along with a half bath. Across the pool is another pod with two bedrooms connected by a full bath, great for families. The third pod enjoys the privacy of a covered deck and bedroom with full bath and outdoor shower on a different level.

Pressure Drop has AC in all the bedrooms, but you will love sitting on the main deck in the evenings, enjoying the cooling Tradewinds along with the beautiful view. The three bedroom pod arrangement is great for families or two couples, with ample opportunity for both privacy and great areas to relax and unwind together.

There is never a typical day with so many options to choose from, but Pressure Drop allows you to get to the North Shore beaches early to ensure a parking space. You can work your way down the beaches during the day and perhaps end up for happy hour in Cruz Bay. Take the 20 minute drive back to Pressure Drop, relax in the pool for a bit, and the full kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy a meal at the villa, or if you want to dine out, the restaurants in Coral Bay are just 5 minutes away.

Pressure Drop is an eco-friendly villa. Our three-step filtration system creates drinkable water right from the tap from collected rainwater. You'll never got caught with the power out as our solar panels and Tesla powerwall will immediately provide back up. Our location on Ajax peak ensures strong wifi. You are certainly welcome to use the AC in the bedrooms, but you will enjoy cool breezes at night.
