Description

ONE BEDROOM CABIN - SLEEPS 4: You will love The Serendipity. The modern design and shiplap walls provide a cozy space for you to enjoy your time at the lake. The house has brand new furnishings (2020) from Article and Overstock.

The Serendipity is one of twelve unique cottages at Rod N Reel Resort. Our resort offers new and modern lodging on Table Rock Lake in the heart of Shell Knob, Missouri (the lake's quiet side). Table Rock Lake is one of Missouri's most-visited water sports and fishing destinations and is consistently recognized as one of the top 10 wakeboarding lakes in the USA.

We provide guests with upscale accommodations and the opportunity to rent a boat slip or a jet ski dock for a daily fee in our beautiful new 14-slip boat dock with 12x30 slips to accommodate large boats.

Want to enjoy the lake? Our boat dock is a short walk from your cottage, where you can enjoy swimming off our 10x66 swim platform with ladders to get in and out of the water quickly and easily.

Are you bringing your boat? You can rent a boat slip for $20 per day or a jet ski dock for $15 per day with your reservation. To inquire, please email us. The public boat launch is located just 2.9 miles from our resort.

Want to rent a pontoon boat, paddleboard, jet ski, or kayak? Campbell Point Marina and Kings River Marina and other local businesses that offer water sport rentals are nearby.

Table Rock Lake offers fun dining by water and land. Want to spend the day on land? Enjoy the best homemade muffins and blueberry cinnamon rolls at Permission Hill Farm on your way to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park for outdoor adventures.

Take a 27 mile trip to Eureka Springs for a fun time of shopping in unique stores and dining at incredible restaurants, including the famous Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse.

You won't want to miss Danna's Bar-B-Que in Branson West, followed by Sweets and Smiles Bakery's best cupcakes, both down the road from Silver Dollar City and Branson.

Love the outdoors? Enjoy hiking and a picnic at Roaring River State Park, just 30 minutes from the resort.

You will receive a list of local and nearby food, fun, and adventure ideas with your reservation.

Now for details about the cottage. The Serendipity is a 484 square foot private bedroom cottage that features a king bed with a separate open floor plan full kitchen and living area, accompanied by incredible art. The living features a GETTY IMAGES 'BETTINA GRAZIANI' BY SLIM AARONS. The multiple full-length windows allow for fair amounts of natural light.

Carefully selected furnishings from Article, Homegoods and Overstock, a Serta Plush Pillowtop Mattress, and 1888 Mills fine linens make this cottage feel like your home away from home. The sofa converts to a full-size bed with furnished linens.

The fully equipped kitchen provides you a beautiful space to prepare your meals if you are dining in and includes a GE range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Of course, it also has a Cuisinart 12-Cup Thermal Coffee Maker and our custom logo coffee mugs. Bring your favorite ground coffee! We provide an initial stock of one roll of paper towels, five dishwashing tablets, and five trash bags, but we do not replenish these during your stay.

Don't forget the charcoal and firewood so you can grill out on your private park-style charcoal grill and enjoy relaxing by the community fire pit.

One of our favorite amenities about this cottage is the dining table for four on the front porch with tranquil views where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evenings as you unwind from your fun day of adventure.

The bathroom boasts a granite dual-sink vanity, tub/shower, and private toilet room. Enjoy our 1888 Mills bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for each guest. Be sure to bring lake towels as we kindly ask that you do not remove these towels from your cottage. We provide an initial stock of three rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash (we do not replenish these during your stay).

Amenities include a washer and dryer, limited WiFi (we say limited because it is the lake), a Smart TV in the living room, onsite parking right outside your door for two vehicles (or a vehicle and boat trailer), and a park-style charcoal grill. There is additional boat trailer parking on the property.

Your cottage also has a wagon that you can use to take items down to the dock to load and unload. Please do not bring the wagon onto the boat dock. You can leave the wagon down by the dock, but please return it to your cottage every evening.

You will have access to the community picnic table area and community fire pit.

By water, our location is two points west of marker 21. We are halfway between the Shell Knob Bridge (Hwy 39) and Campbell Point Marina on the South Shore.

We are a self-check-in and self-check-out property. This means your cottage will be freshly-prepared for you by our housekeeping team with everything we provide. We are not staffed to handle special requests.

All accommodations are pet-free and Non-Smoking.

Exciting progress is taking place on our 5-Acre property. We are adding two glamping tents and three different houses, so there is construction for all reservations through 2021.
