With 2-stories to enjoy, the 1st level features a comfortable sofa sleeper, stackable washer/dryer and private bedroom. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, high thread count sheets and a designer duvet cover. The private, full bath features a walk-in shower, luxury bath towels and comfy spa robes.

The 2nd level offers views of the blue Atlantic waters from the private balcony. The spacious living quarters offer plenty of room for everyone to enjoy including 2 queen sofa sleepers, dining area and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all your cooking essentials including a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils and everything you need to prepare meals for your family. A full bath featuring a walk-in shower, luxury bath towels and spa robes can also be found on the 2nd level. This villa also includes a stackable washer/dryer, cable TV and free WiFi. 1 Assigned Parking Space. Additional Parking on a first come first serve basis.

The villa complex offers 5 parking spaces and 1 handicap space. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Additional parking nearby can be found adjacent to the villas on the north side of 19th Avenue and by the public beach access at the end of 19th Avenue. Please do not park along the dirt road on Hill Street, the city may tow.

For additional parking guests may pay to park at the 27th Avenue Beachfront Park or for free at the county parking lot, Hiles Blvd. Beach Park. Guests can park on the beach, however, there is a fee to drive on the beach. The beach is open to vehicles from 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. or sundown whichever is earlier from May 1 through October 31, and between sunrise to sunset from November 1 to April 30, tides permitting.

For those looking to accommodate larger groups, the Joy by the Sea venue consists of 6 separate luxury beach villas. Guests will love the privacy of their own villa and the easy access to the pool area and grill station where they can enjoy time with friends and family.
