Dear potential guests. We thank you for looking at our wonderful home. If you would do us a favor, please read all of the information listed here. We have a list of potential fees you may encounter when booking. Thank you for your time.
Unfortunately, the washing machine is not working at this time.
This 550 sq. ft. one bedroom, recently remodeled alley house sleeps up to 4 comfortably. A full-sized, well-equipped kitchen and washer dryer in the house will make your stay very comfortable and complete. You'll love the original longleaf pine floors. Sleeping arrangements are a queen pillow top mattress in the bedroom and the Lazy-boy sleeper sofa in the living room. The brand new, super quiet AC will make you hate to leave the house, but you'll want to visit all of the close-by attractions that Galveston has to offer. All the comforts of home, but only a short, 4 block walk to the beach.
The cottage sits behind the main house. The main house's remodeling will soon be completed.
Parking is alongside the cottage, with enough room for 2 cars.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - If you must cancel, please do so before 2 weeks of your arrival date to receive a full refund. After the 14-day date passes, you will not receive a refund.
Possible fees each will be charged at the time of booking or just after.
Nightly rental fee State and City Hotel Taxes of 15% Total. HomeAway collects both as a separate charge on your quote.
A cleaning fee of $65 for your stay.
A HomeAway service fee. This is a percentage of your rental fee set by HomeAway.
A refundable damage deposit of $125. This is a hold placed on your credit card and is released 14 days after you depart unless we have to claim damages. You will not really notice it in your statement.
Pets are not allowed, so sorry!
Winter Texans are most welcome.
You must be 25 years of age to rent our cottage.
For the courtesy of our neighbors, we cannot permit Prom parties, graduations parties or spring breakers under age without an adult.
During hurricane season : A full refund is given if there is a named category 1 or higher hurricane in the Gulf headed for Galveston.
