Description
We would like to invite you to share our beautiful beach cottage for your vacation stay. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a convertible queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and DVD player.
The newly renovated master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower which has also been newly renovated. The master bedroom also has a washer/dryer unit.
Bedroom #2 has a full size bed, flat screen TV, and a shared bath (tub/shower) with bedroom #3 which has a twin size bed.
Our home has a deck with a small table and chairs. We furnish dishes, cookware, utensils, pillows, and blankets. You will need to bring bed linens, towels, toiletries, etc.
A golf cart fee will be included in the quote. (Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license.)
Pet friendly for dogs 30 lbs. or less. ($50 for one pet; additional pets will be an extra charge)
$500 security deposit is placed on hold with VRBO and will be charged to card if damage is reported by owner (damage to property, damage to golf cart, house is left extremely unclean, guest receives any violations that are extended to homeowner by Ocean Lakes) We are now including a cleaning fee with the quote. You will be responsible for cleaning out the refrigerator, bagging all trash and taking it to the outdoor trash can, and making sure all dishes are cleaned and put away.
This is a Non-Smoking Unit.
We have parking space for 2 cars - Ocean Lakes charges a $12 per day per car parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground. We will not approve a 3rd car for overflow.
Express check-in is available.
Ocean Lakes is located in Surfside near great shopping , golf courses, water parks, and amusement parks. Ocean Lakes has a water park area with a new large pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, water slides, putt-putt, and many activities.
Please note that this cottage is located in a Family-Friendly campground. House parties, drunkenness, loud and vulgar language, loud music, and general disrespect of other guests and staff members are not allowed and may result in eviction.
