COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS

Due to Covid-19, free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival may be possible if:

• Governmental restrictions have been put in place that restrict you from travelling due to:
• A lockdown of your region of provenance or your destination
• A quarantine period that is required for tourists travelling to your destination

• You or a member who is travelling with you has tested positive within the past 48h by the RT-PCR test for Covid-19 (Supporting medical documents of the PCR test are required. Documents will not be accepted if the test was administered over 48h ago)

Spend your next holiday in our charming 50m2 villa! Escape to the beautiful Camargue Natural Park and appreciate the bountiful flora and fauna. Listen to the crashing waves of the Mediterranean while you soak up the sun on the breathtaking beaches. Keep yourself busy riding horses, playing tennis, or exploring the historic city of Arles. Retreat back to your welcoming villa to relax in the shared sauna. our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests but can sleep up to 5!

Our villa has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 bedroom with 1 Double Bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Single Beds. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a bath and separate WC. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided.

After swimming, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available at an extra charge for those that wish to connect with friends back home. Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception. The on-site garden provides a serene atmosphere.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge. You can enjoy all of your meals in the dining area. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Club Les Mazets where our lovely villa is conveniently located. These include bike rental, squash court access (available for an additional charge), fitness centre access (available for an additional charge), the children's club (open from mid-July to mid-August), the on-site sauna (available for an additional charge), and the shared outdoor pool (which is open from June to September). If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site!

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/night. Select units may be equipped with accessible features - please let our team know if you would like these features and we will do our best to accommodate you. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units before departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional fee.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, try Restaurant Arles-Café Georges, just a 6-minute drive away! Pick up some groceries at Spar Arles, 6 minutes away by car. If you're in the mood to suntan, St. Croix Beach is about an hour away.
