BY THE BAY - This beach house bungalow begins with absolutely stunning views over Georgian Bay with a magical Blue Mountain ski hill view off to the right. This flat, beautifully landscaped property has granite steps down to a shoal beach which will lead you to a walk in area at the water. Entry to the water has appointed flat natural stones. Also on this property you will enjoy an evening of roasting marshmallows under the stars at the firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs. A stone deck with lovely patio furniture invites you to comfortably enjoy the view.

This lovely open concept living room boasts a floor to ceiling double sided stone gas fireplace, TV and comfortable sectional couch.

Separate entrance to outside with full kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. It has as family room with large comfy couches to watch TV fireplace as well as a second laundry room.
