- We're drinking water nerds. Although our pure water source is a private well on the property, we've added a unique reverse osmosis filter (Perfect Water Technologies) which makes our drinking water taste amazing + remineralizes the water to provide a healthy and tasty drinking water.

- We're also obsessed with exceptional air quality, therefore you'll find many tropical oxygenating plants around the house for beauty and deep breathing.

- If you are a musician or want to jam, an electric guitar is available.

High chair, baby gates, toys/books available for families with small children.

Non-shedding and house trained pets considered for add'l fee.
