Surrounded by a private and landscaped lot, the waterfront features sandy shoreline in front of bunkie (used for storage) and rocky entry at the two-slip boathouse and the boat port with a floating dock. South-east exposure guarantees many hours in the sun. The large deck offers a BBQ, an outdoor bar with stools, and an iron table with 8 chairs.
