The Space:
Fall in love with Quebec’s countryside and reconnect with the great outdoors at this cottage on Lac Lili!

You’ll immediately notice how the windows flood the space with light and let you enjoy those gorgeous views from the entire home.

Settle in and enjoy the hygge...cozy rugs and textiles, gas fireplace, and a fabulous kitchen to gather in as you cook a warm meal. Head outside with a hot tea and sit by the firepit or soak in the hot tub as you gaze out over the lake and snow-covered trees!

On the main level, you’ll find:

- Living room with plush sofa and access to balcony w/ grill
- Large, well-equipped open kitchen w/ breakfast bar
- Dining area with table for 10-12 people
- Master bedroom with king bed
- Full bathroom with tub and shower
- Covered porch with table for 6

And although Lake Lili offers all the peace and quiet you’ve been dreaming of, there are lots of fun things to do nearby...just 15 minutes away, ski the MontCalm slopes, unwind at La Source Nordic Baths, or check out the rushing Rawdon waterfalls!

You’ll have exclusive access to the home and exterior spaces during your stay.
It is strongly recommended to have winter tires on your vehicle during winter as the road could be icy and slippery.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located on Lake Lili in Chertsey, Quebec. The lake is truly pure and pristine, as no engines are allowed!

2 kayaks are provided so you can explore the water. Atlantis Water Park is tons of fun in the summertime, and it’s just a few minutes’ drive away.

A 15-minute drive brings you to the village of Chertsey, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and other services. The Montcalm ski slopes and La Source Nordic Baths are also about 15 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Chertsey is about an 1.5 hours from Montreal, and once you’re here, a car is the best way to get around.

- Montcalm (15 min)
- Mont Olympia (40 min)
- Mont Saint Sauveur (45 min)

For more wintertime fun, try snowshoeing in Chertsey, cross-country skiing at Montcalm, or head to nearby Rawdon (20 min) for sledding, horseback riding, and dogsledding.

**Please note that the following items are not included in the property : Body wash, bar soap, Shampoo, Oil, Salt, and Pepper, Aluminum Paper, Cling Flim (Saran Wrap). There is dish soap available.**

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.


Please note that for your safety, there are security cameras outside of the property. Footage is captured for security surveillance purposes only and is not retained.

It is strongly recommended to have winter tires on your vehicle during winter as the road could be icy and slippery.

If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a 500$CAD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay.

HOUSE RULES
- Please research and make sure you can comply with the Quebec and Chertsey COVID-19 restrictions and public health safety measures.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300$CAD penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check- in, prior or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
