Description

This friendly holiday home, situated in a beautiful region midway between the Uzège and the Cévennes is highly appreciated by tourists because of its myriad facets. You can relax in the pool equipped with an alarm for your security, or just unwind in the outdoor hot tub. The property is located 30 minutes south of the Ardèche. In addition to its rivers and picturesque villages, the Ardèche is sure to delight you with the Chauvet cave open to visitors from April 2015 and classified by UNESCO as world heritage site. An hour’s drive brings you to Camargue, the unique nature park. Young holiday makers will derive great pleasure from a shared pool equipped with a lot of toys, situated a five minute drive away in a beautiful environment surrounded by holm oaks. The whole family can relax in the prestigious La Bouscarasse adventure a little further away in the direction of Uzes (15 minutes). A trout lake with an adjacent bathroom gives you the opportunity to do fly-fishing with a bamboo fishing rod. The attractions are endless - Uzes with its Ducal Palace, narrow streets and historic monuments, its flower market famous all over France, the Pont du Gard (30 minutes), Avignon (45 minutes ), Vézénobres, a small village from the Middle Ages, (10 minutes), Lussan (15 minutes north) - officially one of the most beautiful villages of France, the gorges of Ardeche (45 minutes) with the unique Pont d'Arc and the river for canoeing for the whole family, Barjac (30 minutes), known for its annual antiques and flea market during summer, Ales (5 minutes) and its many summer events, Nîmes and its ancient arenas (20 minutes south), its market every Thursday night from the beginning of July until the end of August, the temple Maison Carree, the beach just an-hour's drive away, or even Montpellier Anduze with its small steam engine, a bamboo garden, the largest botanical garden in Europe, restaurants and night markets during the summer months. The region beckons you with great restaurants not far from the holiday home destinations: the Auberge des Voutins (1 km), the restaurant Saint-Just in Euzet-les-Bains (5 km) - originally a sheepfold immersed in the countryside with a pool and a beautiful terrace. You can also carry away tasty dishes from good restaurants in Vézénobres or the Guinguette in Deaux, just 3 km away, which delights its guests with a pool and excellent cuisine.
