The villa has been extensively renovated and refurbished in 2016.

A full-time, highly trained, professional chef together with an experienced, welcoming housekeeper and gardener/groundsman are all on hand to make our guests' stay perfect with their every need catered to.

A relaxed, happy ambiance is guaranteed. Family oriented with a variety of board games geared for fun and activity.

Activities: Not only do you have the sun sea and sand at your fingertips, but Silver Sands Estate has a Tennis Court, Beach Bar, Grill, Commissary, Gift Shop and Pool Table. Close to the Resort are Golf courses which rate amongst the best in the world. Horseback riding and deep sea fishing can be arranged as well as sightseeing tours to some of the famous tourist spots in Jamaica. Weekend nights usually boast karaoke, fashion shows, games and entertainment at the Beach Bar.

Area: A 4-minute drive from Silver Sands takes you to the Town of Duncans, where you can purchase all groceries required. If you do not wish to go there, staff can do the shopping.

There is a local fisherman's beach next door to the property.
