New to luxury vacation market, completed in November of 2018. Casa Naga is a fully staffed, luxury residence with expansive views of the pacific ocean situated on a lush hillside in what could be one of the last pieces of unspoiled jungle in Mexico.

THE PROPERTY AND LOCATION
Casa Naga is Located 40 minutes north of Puerta Vallarta airport on a private residential dead end cobbled road in a very quiet area. It is a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk through the jungle) to the colorful bustling town of Sayulita and a 20 minutes drive to Punta Mita, where you will find The Four Seasons, Saint Regis and Enclote with dozens of beautiful restaurants on the beach. Take a 15 minute walk though a beautiful jungle trail to the deserted beach of Patzqauritos.

AMENITIES
Casa Naga is a 5-suite private ocean view villa, accommodating up to 10 guests. All bedrooms have large ocean and tropical jungle views and ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms feature crisp Italian luxury linens, luxurious organic cotton towels and robes, shower and hair products, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-room safes and wireless speakers.

Heated infinity pool, indoor/outdoor living areas, open interior floor plan, dining area seats up to 12.

Kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, state of the art water filtration system, cold room, outdoor BBQ and personal chef. After dinner sit fireside on the roof lounge under the stars, or on a chilly morning with a coffee and watch the jungle come alive.

The villa is fully staffed. Our amazing house manager is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. We also have a personal chef, waiters and maid service.
Master Suite One is situated on the ground floor. The King sized bed faces the ocean view and private terrace with lounge chairs. The ensuite master bathroom features a rain shower and beautiful marble vanity. Just off of the master bath, you can step outside to a private walled in garden with ocean view and an oversized marble soaking tub.

Master Suite Two is situated on the second floor. The king sized bed overlooks the ocean. Private terrace with lounge chairs, daybed and outdoor oversized marble soaking tub make this the perfect setting for a spa day. The ensuite master bathroom features a rain shower and beautiful marble vanity.

Master Suite Three is situated on the second floor. The king sized bed overlooks the ocean. Private terrace with lounge chairs and outdoor rain shower. The large ensuite bathroom features a rain shower, large double sink marble vanity and oversized marble soaking tub.

Guest Suite 1 + Guest Suite 2 Situated on the lower level these beautiful rooms are the almost same and have king beds with spectacular views of the ocean and the tropical jungle. The two rooms share a large terrace with lounge chairs and outdoor shower. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with marble vanities and rain showers.

Media Room - Get loungy with some popcorn and a movie or sneak in and put your feet up with a good book. Nicely equipped with, 70” TV, Apple TV, Satellite TV, Bose Sound, BlueRay DVD player, DVD collection ( can you believe it? DVD’s! hey, its a good collection),Book collection.

Office- In the unlikely event one may have to get to work, the office will more than suffice with a spectacular (albeit distracting) view of the Mexican Pacific.
