This cottage is one of two cottages on the property. It is two storeyed with bathrooms/laundry downstairs and living and sleeping space upstairs. It is an airy studio loft style space. Kitchen with double hob, microwave, wok and electric frypan. Seaview from the kitchen. Small fridge with access to freezer in the bike storage space downstairs. New bathroom downstairs with toilet, shower, vanity and washing machine. New drier also available. Fern Arch cottage shares its location with Kupe Cottage which sleeps 4. If your group is largeish, just book both cottages. Not suitable for very tall people as the ceiling has sloping beams. Both cottages are just two minutes walk from beautiful Carters Beach (see photos), and the new Kawatiri Coastal walking and biking trail.
