The secluded location on the edge of the forest and the enclosed garden of 1,500 m2 offer all the space and privacy you need for a relaxing holiday. The park also offers numerous recreational facilities, including a tennis court, bowling court, mini-golf. There is a wellness center nearby. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool in the Village of Exloo (especially important for people who want to come in the summer) The house is furnished in a charming and pleasant way. It has 2 small but cleverly furnished rooms with good box-spring beds. The living room and kitchen overlook the beautiful wooded garden. Thanks to the enclosed garden, the house is particularly suitable for children and pets. At the back, the garden borders on a footpath leading to a forest. The house has a veranda with a sitting area so you can sit outside dry and eat outside. The park is located in a beautiful wooded area, offering possibilities for wonderful cycling trips and walks along various routes.
