Description
This charming (non-smoking) 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has a large fenced in backyard and screened in back porch for that early morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Backyard is sod grass with no briars! Great for small mature families, 3 couples and/or people with difficulty climbing many steps. NO PARTY GROUPS/ NO PETS ! Brand new modern kitchen that is fully equipped. New outdoor decks and wonderful living area for the entire family to gather. Outdoor grilling and picnic table are out back for a family crab boil! . Master bedroom has it's own private entrance to the screened porch so you don't disturb your guest if you rise early for that beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic. Large hammock on the screened porch with it's own fan to keep you cool while relaxing ! The outdoor shower is also connected to the screened porch so you don't have to go outside to get to it. Also, there is seating on the shaded front porch to kick back in the a.m. First house off beach road and beach access right at a lifeguard stand makes it easy to get to the sand! We are across the street from The Sea Ranch Resort.
We provide beach chairs and some toys for your beach trip. Bath linens and kitchen towels are provided. Kitchen staples are provided to get you started. There is a stacked washer/dryer combo and a new clothesline out back and one on screened porch for all those wet suits and towels. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN SHEETS AND BEACH TOWELS !! NO PETS ALLOWED however, there are some very nice boarding facilities within minutes of the cottage if you want your pets close to check on.
The local YMCA is just a few miles away and offers weekly packages for an additional fee for those families wanting pool time.We are also a 20 minute drive from the new Outer Banks water park. However, you are across the street from the OCEAN!
