The master bedroom has a king bed, french doors to the lanai area and an en-suite bathroom with shower and two vanities. The second bedroom has two queen beds and french doors out to the lanai area. It is situated next to the second bathroom which has shower over the tub and single vanity. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has satellite TV in the living room, den and both bedrooms; telephone and internet access. The kitchen with it s breakfast bar and stools, includes stove, microwave and dishwasher. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

The pool has optional electricl heat. The back of the house and pool area faces south east with pathway to the deck area next to the saltwater canal and boat lift. The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs, as well as loungers and gas BBQ. There is also a gas barbecue. In the garage there is a small pool table, high table and chairs which means that there is no access for vehicles. In addition there are beach chairs/umbrella, cooler and two bicycles for guest to use.
