Frangipani is a lovely luxury villa, located near the fashionable resort town of Ocho Rios, and is among the newest luxury villas Jamaica located on the celebrated Prospect Estate. The villa is named for the tropical Frangipani trees that produce sweet-scented pink, white or yellow flowers, several of which are planted around the villa. Beautifully landscaped lush, tropical gardens surround the villa and the ocean-front property covers an area of one acre. The four-bedroom villa has fabulous décor and stylish furnishings.

Keeping in line with the high standards maintained by luxury villas in Jamaica, each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, separate powder room, air-conditioning and a walk-out verandah. Flat screen televisions with cable services are available in all the bedrooms. The large twin beds in each room can be joined to create a king-sized bed. The private patios connected to the bedrooms look over the lovely gardens, the pool and the glittering ocean.

The living room is quite spacious, bright and airy because of the wide doors that open on to a verandah and the high rafter ceiling. The various shades of blue of the comfortable sofas and other furnishing create a pleasant ambience. The living room is equipped with cable television, DVD player, movie library and CD player. Frangipani Villa provides wireless broadband Internet access and telephone facilities. The central verandah is connected to the sun terrace that surrounds the large private swimming pool and sun deck, and then extends to the jetty with a walk-out access to the ocean.

Guests at this Jamaica villa receive a complimentary tour of the Prospect Plantation and horseback riding. Sports lovers can enjoy invigorating tennis at the on-property tennis court, shared by Prospect Plantation guests. Sandals Upton Golf Course offers discounted green fees for guests from Frangipani. Reggae Beach is only a two-minute drive away and is well worth the effort, there is an entry fee.

Located on one acre of beautiful, tropical ocean front property, Frangipani is part of the famous Prospect Plantation is close to the fashionable resort town of Ocho Rios.

Fully staffed with a cook, gardener/butler, housekeeper/laundress, and all-night security. Frangipani also features a wonderful private swimming pool, a jetty that provides walk-out access to the Caribbean Sea. A tennis court is located just a short distance from the villa, and is shared by Prospects guests.

Nearest beach is Reggae Beach, just a 2 minute drive away. You have to pay an entry fee, and it is well worth it!!!

Wag Water Villa and Frangipani Villa are sister villas with a gate to walk between.
Kai Kala is located between Frangipani and Somewhere Villa.
Somewhere and Eight Rivers that also has a gate to walk between.
Then there is Frankfort Villa with a large beach on its one. It is the only villa along this stretch with a beach.

If Wag Water Villa and Frangipani Villa are rented as sister villas meals can be had at Frangipani Villa.
Meals can be had together if Somewhere and Eight Rivers Villas are rented as sister villas.
