Paradisiacal house, located in the middle of the mountain, with the immense sea as protagonist and soul of the environment. Located on a precipice of 70 meters on the shore of the sea, its large terrace will make you hear the sound of the waves along with the wind and the song of the birds, and you will enjoy the aromas of the salt and the forest ..
You will feel as if you were aboard a ship without movement and you will enjoy the peace and serenity of a corner of the virgin world from where to rest and relax observing the views and enjoy incredible sunsets exclusively, and at dusk you will discover the immensity of an impressive starry sky.
You will also enjoy a beautiful Mediterranean garden, where you can take a shower outdoors or read a book accompanied by the wonderful sounds of the forest, wind and sea.
Apart from the terrace, the house is renovated and there is a joint kitchen and dining room with all the necessary elements for 8 people: the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, osmosis system, Nespresso capsule coffee machine , toaster, juicer, gas stove and oven .... if you fancy eating a pizza .... In the dining area you will find a large table where you can enjoy a Smart TV (we also have satellite TV ASTRA), Wi-Fi connection, and a bluetooth receiver to listen to your favorite music, all connected through an amplifier Hi-Fi Sony. Due to the fact that it is a very quiet area, we ask you to always respect the tranquility of the neighbors.
The house has four rooms with two beds each, three with a double bed and one with two single beds, all with their wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and full-length mirror. All are equipped with a ceiling fan with light and also with wall lamps over the bed heads. They are also equipped with heating radiators.
Regarding the bathrooms, it has two complete bathrooms with shower, washbasin with mirror and furniture and toilet, and also with a magnifying mirror, and in each one you have available a hair dryer. The house has a third toilet in the laundry, where you also have a washing machine, a dryer, a thermos of 100 liters, an iron and ironing board and washbasin.
If you bring small children, we have at your disposal a highchair and a bed for children.
For your stay you will have available towels, sheets, tea towels .... and board games, books and guides of Mallorca and its surroundings. We will also offer you useful information about the restaurants in the area and excursions of all kinds and difficulty.

Whether you just want to stretch your legs doing a short 5-minute walk and go down to swim in the sea and discover its crystal clear waters, as if you wish to visit more closely the places that surround you, from home you can start your excursions on foot, by bicycle or by car, and discover the surroundings of this picturesque landscape, the Serra de Tramuntana, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The village of Banyalbufar is 2 km away, and there you will find an excellent service of bars and restaurants, as well as the best ensaimadas of Mallorca (typical pasta of the island) in the Forn des Casino **, ATM, bank, pharmacy, groceries and church, as well as the village beach, with spectacular natural freshwater showers that cascade by the sea.
On Saturdays you will find excellent products of proximity in the neighboring town of Esporles, about 20 minutes from home by car.
If you wish to visit Palma, you will arrive in 35 minutes by car. The time to reach the airport is approximately 45 minutes.

Other highlights
The last section of the access to the house runs along a narrow road so we advise that when deciding the model of rental car you opt for a model not too large, such as a Fiat Punto, Volkswagen Polo or similar. Also indicate that just in front of the entrance of the house you have a private parking for two vehicles. We want to emphasize that the house is not accessible by wheelchair, since the access from the parking is through a staircase.
