The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, allowing you to indulge your culinary desires. Whether you choose to prepare a feast yourself or hire a private chef, this kitchen will surely impress any cooking enthusiast.
One of the highlights of this mansion is its beautiful pool area. Nestled within a perfectly manicured garden, the pool invites you to indulge in a refreshing dip or bask in the sun on comfortable loungers. The pool area also features a shaded cabana, where you can relax with a drink in hand, read a book, or simply enjoy the cool breeze.
The mansion boasts a pretty garden, meticulously designed to create a tranquil and serene ambiance.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The Neighborhood:
Guajiru is a small beach village located in the state of Ceará, in northeastern Brazil. It is known for its beautiful beaches, calm waters, and natural landscapes. Guajiru is a popular destination for tourists who are looking for a tranquil beach getaway, away from the crowded tourist spots.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
