Come and discover this mountain house located in Saint Sorlin d'Arves, benefiting from a beautiful sunny balcony with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" area, 310km of slopes, the largest ski area in Maurienne and 4th in France.
Very easy access to the slopes by free shuttle every 15 minutes from the cheese dairy (around 100 meters).
This mountain house is ideal for accommodating 14 people very comfortably with more than 150 m² and 4 bedrooms.
The house is composed of an entrance on the ground floor with a corner for storing skis, a hallway with access to the living room.
On the 1st floor, a living room, a fitted kitchen and dining area, access to the balcony with a magnificent view, a bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed and a 80*190cm single bed, a bathroom with washing machine, a WC.
On level 2: an entrance with reading corner, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, another bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm and a bunk bed of 90*190cm, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, a sofa bed and a single bed 90*190cm.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette, fondue and crepe maker, and all the crockery for 14 people!
Please note that sheets, towels and wifi connection are optional and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
The fireplace is not usable.
ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on a leash and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement to be paid for the presence of an animal is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
