Roam the old cobbled streets and admire the idyllic typical houses which line them. Whilst here, be sure not to miss the exquisite castle where the movie Jeanne d'Arc was filmed, Chateau de Beynac. The castle offers unbelievable views of the valley and Dordogne River below.

Furthermore, at this property you are within easy reach of many magnificent castles. Only 10 minutes away by car sits the majestic Chateau de Marqueyssac. Built in the 19th century, this stone tiled castle is surrounded by stunning gardens which are perfect for strolling through. What's more, the fortified mediaeval village of Monpazier is just a 40 minute drive away.

You can also easily reach the spell-binding Causses du Quercy Natural Regional Park. Here you can go hiking and boating as well as stopping by the several villages located throughout the park and exploring its prehistoric caves. It is roughly a 1 hour drive from the property. One of the best villages to visit here is Rocamadour. It attracts a huge number of visitors and pilgrims every year due to its sanctuaries. On top of this, the sensational city of Bordeaux is just 2 hours and 20 minutes away.
