From the main road a panoramic path of 155 steps leads directly to the villa entrance, opening on the upper floor of the villa.

Villa Il Cantico is provided with every modern convenience (air conditioning in every room, video entry phone, telephone, Satellite TV,) with 12 double bedrooms, equipped with minibar, Satellite TV, safe and bathroom en suite with shower or bathtub. There is also a Personal Computer available. Villa Il Cantico consists of 3 levels and has the following layout: Upper Floor The villa’s Upper floor hosts a large and wonderful living room, framed by large windows with striking and amazing views of the sea and the coast. The villa’s arched roofs are embellished by wonderful paintings. From the living room there is direct access to the panoramic terrace, characterized by unrivalled beauty and views. The panoramic terrace hosts an outdoor dining area equipped with a wood stove and surrounded by a well-groomed garden, the ideal place to spend memorable moments in complete relaxation. On the same floor there is a service bathroom and a large well equipped kitchen (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 6 stoves, exhaust fan and electric chip pan). From the living room a spiral staircase leads to a romantic double bedroom complete with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and a private large panoramic terrace of about 130 square meters. Medium and Lower Floor: Night Area An Internal staircase connects the villa’s upper floor with the other two floors, hosting the Night area of this exclusive property. The villa’s lower floors consist respectively of 7 and 5 delightfully furnished double bedrooms, embellished by majolica tiles and painted roofs. Every bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, wonderful sea views and many comforts such us minibar, satellite TV and safe. The guests of Villa Il Cantico can have free access to the swimming pool of a nearby Hotel which also offers a solarium, direct access to the sea and private docking. The beautiful and large outdoor spaces of the villa are also available for hosting exclusive private events on request.
