The villa offers three bedrooms, all doubles but can be made into singles if you need. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a new fitted bathroom with shower and toilet and both bedrooms have access to the outside pool area.
Up the winding staircase you will find the Master bedroom with a double bed and newly fitted ensuite. The Master bedroom also boasts a roof terrace with seating area offering stunning views of the sea and surrounding areas.
The dining/living room area is bright and spacious and the kitchen is modern and fully fitted. Doors from the lounge/dining area lead to the inner patio which has a seating and BBQ area. There is also a large 4x8 pool which can be heated for an additional fee of 160€.
The house is fully gated and alarmed and offers air con in all rooms.
