On the first level, you'll find a cozy living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, opening up to a delightful patio perfect for enjoying beverages or basking in the sun. The villa features two rooms, each with two beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, dining table, and access to the terrace. The lower ground floor, accessible through an exterior staircase, has a room with a double bed (160 cm) and an attached shower/WC, leading to the garden. The upper floor boasts two rooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC.
