Villa San Francesco is a wonderful property recently renovated just few km from the amazing city of Cortona set in a wonderful and panoramic position surrounded by the typical Tuscan vegetation, the location is perfect for guests wishing to visit the enchanting cities of Tuscany and Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and more.
The villa has a large private garden which surround the entire property and features a panoramic private swimming pool 7x14 mt, depth 1.80 mt. equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
There is a covered patio with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals also thanks to the Barbeque and Pizza oven. Guest can also enjoy the private soccer filed and ping pong table.
The villa is divided into two sections and can host up to 24 people. There are several living areas and as well kitchen corners, as the villa is divided in different apartments, so if a large group is wishing to have some lack of privacy or stay together, it can make it happen.
The main body of the villa is developing in three floors; At the ground floor there is a large living area with sofas Satellite TV, working fireplace; equipped kitchen with American coffee maker, moka, electric oven, dishwasher. Dining room, two service bathrooms; three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower.
First Floor: two additional kitchen corners, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and a single bed; one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower.
Second Floor: three living areas each with a kitchen corner, two double bedrooms with double beds; two double bedrooms with a double bed and additional single bed. Complete the floor 4 bathrooms each with shower box.
Depandance:
Living area, with sofas and Satellite TV, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower.
The villa has free wifi inside and outside, Air Conditioning, mosquito’s nets on windows, washing machine and dryer; dishwasher, large parking area, pool table, ping pong table, soccer field.

Rental Roles:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday. check in 3 PM, check out before 10 AM.
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.
Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 700 to be paid- in euro cash- upon arrival – to be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
