Villetta Seance is a charming property located in the locality of Li Conchi. Staying at Villetta Seance means immersing yourself completely in the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub. In fact, the house fits harmoniously into the surrounding landscape thanks to the abundant use of granite which, with its discontinuous shapes, evokes an ancient atmosphere. The house has ample space to enjoy contact with nature such as the large private garden where there is a comfortable table for having meals outdoors and a patio with a solarium area where you can spend pleasant moments in company.

The house is internally arranged on two communicating levels. Downstairs we find a large double bedroom finely furnished with antique furniture in marine colors that blend perfectly with the whiteness of the walls, restoring an enveloping brightness. Upstairs there is a large open-plan room with a living area, a dining area and, separated by an archway, a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is completed by a further very large and bright double bedroom embellished with traditional Sardinian objects mixed with a rustic flavor, and finally a bedroom with two single beds.
