Event Policy
Events are permitted at the villa, but prior approval from the owner is required. A separate event fee applies, which only covers the use of the location. Please note that this fee does not include:
- Catering services
- Setting and equipment rental
- Utensils and linens
- Event staff or personnel
Event Fee Structure (Inclusive of In-House guests and where the villa can accommodate):
- Up to 25 guests: $750
- 26-50 guests: $1,500
- 51-100 guests: $2,000
- 101-130 guests: $2,500
Please note that guest numbers cannot exceed the villa's maximum capacity.
Additional Kitchen Usage Fee:
- If caterers require the use of the kitchen for meal preparation, an additional $500 fee will apply.
Event Timing:
- The event ending time will be based on the resort's rules, where applicable, or 11:00 PM, whichever is earlier.
All event fees will attract a service charge of 10%.
The event fee is solely for the use of the villa's premises. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for all other event-related services and expenses. Please contact us at 706-851-5110 to discuss event details and obtain approval from the owner.
**Please Note the below Important Booking Information:**
A mandatory Security Damage Fee of USD $65 will be applied to all bookings, covering damages up to USD $3000 during your stay. Some properties may also require an additional refundable damage deposit, which will be held against your form of payment.
Cancellations:
All direct booking Cancellations will be less any and all Credit Card Fees as well as a 5% Processing Fee
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
