Villa Cenida is in a secluded location in a nature reserve. From the villa you have a breathtaking view of the sea and Rabac, a nearby fishing village.
Despite the unique location, the nearest shops, very good restaurants and sports facilities can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
Our Villa Cenida on 1000 sqm of land is a newly built house (first time in 2010) with 220 sqm living space on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a spacious dining room with a spacious, open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances. From the dining room you can access the covered terrace with a fantastic sea view and dining area for meals outside. There is also a BBQ here.
On the first floor are three further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room with conservatory has a living area of 70 square meters. Through a large window front you have a wonderful view of the sea. By the way, you can enjoy this view from all living rooms and bedrooms.
In addition to the covered patio, there is another dining area outdoors and numerous loungers with garden loungers.
Since our Villa Cenida is located on a unique spot, our four-wheel drive off-road vehicle is also made available to you if required.
You can comfortably get to the villa by jeep.
Holidays also possible with trained pets.
