Our house is located on the Urla Saygın Surf site, built on an area of 1600 m², consisting of 4 blocks and 32 2+1 loft villas with gardens.
Gülbahçe is the most modest coastal town of Urla, famous for its organic agricultural areas, fishing, kitesurfing spot, healing water and clean air with plenty of oxygen.
You can reach Urla center in 10 minutes, Alaçatı in 25 minutes, Çeşme in 20 minutes, Mordoğan in 25 minutes, Karaburun in 35 minutes, Seferihisar in 27 minutes and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport in 40 minutes. We are only 1 km away from the highway connection point, which allows you to go wherever you want without getting stuck in traffic.
You will encounter the sea 200 meters after stepping out of the house. This coast hosts Turkey's most famous kitesurfing schools. Since surfing training is given in this part of the beach and the sea water is very shallow, swimming is not very enjoyable. If you want to swim, you can walk 550 meters along the beach and reach the sandy beach in 10 minutes. The sea water temperature and altitude here are also quite suitable for children. Additionally, you can reach the most beautiful bays of the region in 15 minutes by car and popular holiday resorts with magnificent beaches such as Çeşme and Alaçatı in just 20 minutes.
It is possible to reach places where you can meet your needs, such as supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, hairdressers, pharmacies and gas stations, within 10 minutes by walking.
If you want to use public transportation, you can walk to the nearest bus stop in 5 minutes. You can take the Urla - Izmir minibuses every half hour or you can also choose the municipal buses that depart hourly. When you want to call a taxi from Gülbahçe Taxi Station, you can easily go anywhere you want with the vehicle arriving within minutes.

You can enter this bathhouse, which is a magnificent natural wonder waiting to be discovered, wearing a bikini or swimsuit. It is known that Gülbahçe Thermal Spring water cures many ailments and is also good for skin and rheumatic diseases. You can even see people visiting this bath from various parts of the country. It can be visited for 12 months. The distance between the house and the bath is only 350 meters.
